Planned opening in April, 2008, the Longhorn Steakhouse will complete the Longhorn RV and Motel and offer guests as well as residents and others a premium western steakhouse.
Located in part of the Longhorn Lionsden, the Longhorn Steakhouse will share space with the owners private collection of western collectables, art work, and trophy mounts from Africa and North America.

| Expect a 'cut above' |
The Longhorn menu will be traditional western steakhouse with the addition of a few items other than beef. Expect sawdust on the floors, peanuts in the shell, and views of the Red Badland hills. Some outdoor seating for summer time is planned.
Longhorn RV and Motel guests will have their own restaurant right here on the Longhorn Ranch. Expect specials for guests as well as possibly a private 'happy hour' daily for Longhorn customers.
The Longhorn Steakhouse will be operated daily, year-round, and in the fashion of the country's best steakhouse's. Only the best cuts of the best beef, aged to perfection, and predictably prepared.
